对于大陆商家联系Shopify客服目前渠道主要有Shopify公众号联系客服、Shopify帮助中心留言,这两个客服渠道支持中文对话。如果您的问题比较着急、或您的英文还可以,也可以通过Shopify实时客服,请注意,实时客服需要全英文沟通。
以下是联系Shopify实时客服步骤:
1.打开Shopify商家后台

2.点击店铺右上角名称

7.如果您的Shopify账户有多个店铺,如果下图黄框里的店铺名称非当前要咨询的店铺,可以点击红框里的Select a different store选择切换成要咨询的店铺

8.可以输入您要问的问题(英文),但前期是机器客服在回答。您可以输入I want to chat with a support advisor, thanks.直接寻求人工客服

9.点击Send发送按键

10.机器客服回复,可描述您的问题继续发送,或继续发送I want to chat with a support advisor, thanks.

11.机器客服可能会问您是否需要和支持顾问对话,您回答yes

12.直到到对话框处出现Chat with a Support Advisor,点击Chat with a Support Advisor。如果没出现,一直发送I want to chat with a support advisor, thanks.

13.出现如下图,说明正在连线人工客服支持顾问,并有等待时间

14.人工客服支持顾问介入对话。接着用英文描述您的问题即可获得人工客服帮助

15.如果您在对话过程中需要上传图片,可点击对话框如下图标,进行上传图片。如果没有此图标,可回复I want to send pictures in this dialog box.

16.如果对话结束后,那如何查看对话记录呢?还是在英文版Shopify help center页面,点击右上角您的账户名称

17.点击Support Inbox
